Todd Tarantula
In June 2022, David began work on Todd Tarantula, a new feature film from the creative team behind Loon Lake. The film is written and directed by Ansel Faraj. Hollinsworth Productions describes Todd Tarantula as "A psychedelic journey across Los Angeles, following the fever-dream account of antihero Todd Tarantula who must navigate his way through the darkness of the city."
Todd Tarantula was an Official Selection of the 2023 Hollywood Reel Independent Film Festival. David received Best Supporting Actor for his performance. The film screened at the festival on March 1 at LA Live in Downtown Los Angeles.
Todd Tarantula began streaming on Vimeo on Demand on Friday, March 3, 2023. You can also stream it for free on TubiTV. A Blu-ray release (paid link to Amazon) is scheduled for June 6, 2023.
