Alone
In 1997, Showtime presented the original movie Alone by Oscar and Pulitzer Prize-winning writer Horton Foote. The story centers on widower John Webb, portrayed by Hume Cronyn, and various relations who arrive when they learn of the possibility that there is oil on his farm. The film boasts an impressive ensemble cast, including Ed Begley, Jr., Chris Cooper, Shelley Duvall, Frederic Forrest, James Earl Jones, Piper Laurie, and Joanna Miles.
David portrays Paul, who is married to Jacqueline, portrayed by Joanna Miles. Jacqueline is John Webb's daughter.
