The Waltons
On October 10, 1974, David Selby made a guest appearance in an episode of The Waltons entitled "The Romance." David played Joshua Williams, Olivia Walton's art instructor who develops a bit of a crush on his student. Joshua holds the dubious distinction of being the only man, other than her husband, to have kissed Mrs. Walton during the entire run of the series.
This episode of The Waltons marked the first time that David appeared on an Earl Hamner series. He went on to be a series regular on Falcon Crest.
